About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Sealers to support aircraft sealing activities in Hamburg, Germany. This is a great opportunity to work on commercial or military aircraft in a high-quality aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out various sealing applications including aerodynamic seal, fillet seal, cap sealing and faying surface sealing
- Carry out sealing applications on stringers, brackets and faying surfaces
- Prepare surfaces including masking, sanding and application of Alodine
- Carry out paint touch-up of fasteners
- Mix and apply paint as required
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 4 years’ structural experience on commercial or military aircraft
- Experience with sealing applications on commercial or military aircraft
- Experience with stringers, brackets and faying surfaces
- Experience with fillet, cap and/or aerodynamic sealing
- Italian, English and/or French language skills
- Right to work in the EU
Desirable:
- A321 production experience
- Experience with fillet sealing and cap sealing
- Production experience, although maintenance experience carrying out the same work will be considered
