What People Say About Us

I just wanted to drop a note to say thank you! Sam was in touch the same day, and the candidate has been offered the position following his interview yesterday.

Sam has been great, done everything he said he would do, and our new candidate is a delight!

A leading organisation in the aviation industry

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gabi for everything she has done for us and for always being there to answer all our questions. I had a wonderful experience in Budapest, and I hope there will be an opportunity for us to work together again, hopefully even before the autumn.

As Check Manager overseeing the aircraft and mirror, and continuity fitting replacement, it was a pleasure to watch the JMC Aviation team carry the work with such efficiency and proficiency.

The team were courteous, polite, professional and very knowledgeable in the task they had to perform.

I’ve had a great experience with the team at JMC, they’re always willing to help, keep us in the loop about job updates and do their best to help with employment. I’d like to give a specific shoutout to Claire, Bliss and Josh from the team who’ve been a massive help in my process and look forward to working with the team in the future.

I’ve been using JMC for a few months now liaising with the operator Jamie Priestman trying to get a contracting role in Aircraft Fitting. Throughout this process Jamie has been amazing! He has made my whole onboarding process very clear and been available for call whenever needed and it’s been very easygoing and stress free. I have had a slight hiccup in which a vetting check didn’t go to plan which is a very rare case however Jamie went above and beyond and didn’t leave me without a job instead he was in my corner helping me secure a permanent role elsewhere that was suited to my needs and I can’t thank him enough. I recommend anyone who goes through JMC to use Jamie as their point of call! Thank you for everything.

From Megan Collyer’s first message she has been nothing but professional and helpful. She listened to the type of role I was looking for and always got back to me with the correct information and in a timely manner without trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Any questions I have had have been met with an enthusiastic response and has been amazing with connecting me to the right people in the business. Can not recommend enough!!!!

Jacky from BAMC/BAEW is the best site manager. She’s friendly and easy to work with. (She doesn’t like dried mangoes from Philippines😂)
