An exciting opportunity has arisen within the JMC Aviation, the world’s leading Aviation Engineering, Training & recruitment business.
Based in Cameri, we are now seeking a new Administrator to join our onsite Team. This is on a part time basis, working 25 hours per week. Overtime is regularly available to top this up where desired. Ideally this would be Monday- Friday, however other options can be considered.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loading documentation onto recruitment software
- Help with offers paperwork when required
- Undertake compliancy searches for all candidates, chasing for outstanding | expired documentation
- Processing security clearance for the contractors and make sure all the documentation is sent to the Customer correctly and on time. Properly store all the data into the dedicated drive.
- Organising medical visits or the contractors by dealing with them and with the doctor in charge.
- Deal with telephone calls and emails efficiently and in a polite manner in both English and Italian
- Support the UK team with multiple choice questionnaire for structures or Electrical roles in Italian for all Italian candidates.
- Assisting with E-learning administration
- General administrative duties
- Managing distribution of JMC work wear
- Help with contractor queries that are raised
- Ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team
- Liaise and Maintain appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling at sites with personal JMC tooling – Caselle / Vergiate / Venice
- Help the new contractors with suggestions about accommodation
- Other duties as directed by Line Manager
- Create a training database of all courses required and renewal dates – Cameri and other sites
- Create a medical database of all medicals and renewal dates – Cameri and all other sites
- Workwear order database and yearly re-order dates – Cameri and other sites
- Health and Safety audit for workwear and PPE use – daily walk around Cameri
- Update master manpower list of new starters or exit of current operations
- Issue the MCA to all department heads for the Quality manpower assessment and input all feedback
- Meet and greet all new starters and de-brief with walk around and rules and regulations onsite brief doc (Cameri only)
- Manage the attendance of all JMC contractors

- Must speak Italian and English fluently

- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
