Role Conditions:
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
- Overtime available up to 66 hrs per week if required
- Tooling: Provided
- Up to €250 travel expenses at start/end of contract
- No accommodation provided
- Medical required before starting or immediately after (in Novara)
About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Structural Fitters to support ongoing projects in Cameri, Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out structural fitting tasks in line with production and quality standards
- Install, assemble, and repair aircraft components and structures
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Work effectively within a team to meet project deadlines
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Structural Fitter in an aviation production or maintenance environment
- Ability to work shifts and overtime when required
- Must speak English or Italian
- Right to work in the EU
- Willingness to complete a medical check in Novara
Desirable:
- Previous experience on military aircraft (F-35 or similar)
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
