About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Structural Fitters to support ongoing production and final assembly of the M346 aircraft in Venegono, Italy. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-quality aerospace components in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural fabrication and final assembly tasks for the M346
- Read and interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements
- Maintain safe and clean working practices
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in production or assembly work
- Ability to work shifts as required
- English or Italian language skills (both desirable)
- Right to work in the EU
Desirable:
- Previous aerospace structural or final assembly experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
