Aircraft Quality Control Inspector
Location: Orlando, FL
Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to support heavy maintenance operations in Orlando, Florida. This contract offers an immediate start with work through the end of December, with the possibility of extension.
Position Details
- Immediate start
- Contract through the end of December (extension possible)
- 40–60 hours per week
- Competitive hourly rate (DOE)
- Heavy maintenance on CRJ-200 aircraft
Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on aircraft undergoing heavy maintenance.
- Inspect completed maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
- Verify maintenance documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Work closely with maintenance technicians and leadership to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
- Ensure all aircraft are returned to service in accordance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- FAA A&P License (preferred/required depending on client requirements).
- Previous Quality Control inspection experience in an aircraft heavy maintenance environment.
- Experience inspecting CRJ-200 aircraft is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Must provide your own tools (if applicable).
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
