- Overtime: Additional overtime available, potentially taking hours up to 56+ per week
- Travel Expenses: Up to €250 paid at the start/end of the contract

About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Electrical Fitters to join a Cable Shop in Venegono, Italy, supporting the production of electrical harnesses and associated aircraft wiring.
This is a bench-based production role, focused on the manufacture, assembly and testing of aircraft electrical harnesses and associated components within a controlled aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Production and assembly of electrical harnesses and associated hardware on a bench.
- Connector assembly and termination.
- Pin-to-pin continuity checks and electrical testing.
- Working from electrical drawings, schematics and detailed work instructions.
- Identifying, reporting and rectifying production discrepancies.
- Ensuring all work is completed to required quality and production standards.
- Following all applicable health, safety and quality procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience working with electrical harnesses within an aerospace or aviation environment.
- Experience with harness assembly, connector installation and electrical continuity testing.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards.
- Ability to work the required two-shift pattern.
- English or Italian language skills – one required.
- Right to work in the EU.
Desirable:
- Previous aerospace production experience.
- Experience manufacturing aircraft electrical harnesses or looms.
- Previous experience working within a cable shop or similar bench-production environment.
- Experience working to aerospace quality and production standards.
