JMC Aviation is currently recruiting for experienced Aircraft Mechanics to support a short-term maintenance project in Portland, Maine.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced mechanics to join a busy aviation maintenance environment, working on Global Express aircraft. We are looking for candidates with solid hands-on Global Express experience, combined with a minimum of 3 years' heavy maintenance experience.
Flights and accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
The Role
As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, inspections and repairs on Global Express aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
You will work alongside an experienced maintenance team, helping to deliver a safe, efficient and high-quality maintenance operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications
- Perform maintenance tasks on Global Express aircraft
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and aircraft system defects
- Complete maintenance in accordance with approved manuals and procedures
- Support heavy maintenance activities as required
- Complete accurate maintenance documentation and records
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- 3+ years of heavy maintenance experience
- Proven hands-on experience working on Global Express aircraft
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working within a regulated aviation maintenance environment
