Job Title: A Licensed Engineer
Location: Luton
Employment Type: Permanent
Shifts: Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)

About the Role

 
You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing new component repair solutions. This includes analysing technical documentation, introducing new repair capabilities, and supporting production teams with engineering expertise.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved data, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Certify maintenance tasks and issue Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) within licence and authorisation limits.
  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, and component replacements.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft system defects, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain compliance with EASA/UK CAA regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Support and supervise technicians and mechanics where required.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
 

  • UKCAA License with experience working on A320
  • Base / line maintenance expertise on commercial aircraft
  • Diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
  • Valid UK right to work
