To be eligible for the scheme you:
Must refer a contractor not currently working for JMC Aviation
Must not already be in contact with a JMC Aviation recruiter
Both you and the person you refer must follow the JMC Aviation LinkedIn page.
The referral must start and complete 480 hours work with JMC Aviation
Deadline for candidates to be referred by 30th April 2026
