- Approximately 50 hours per week
- Overtime available if required
- Up to €250 travel expenses at the start/end of the contract

About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Quality Inspectors to support ongoing helicopter production activities in Vergiate, Italy. This role offers the opportunity to ensure that manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, modification and repair activities are completed to the highest quality and airworthiness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect completed job cards within work packs completed by production staff.
- Verify all manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, modification and repair activities comply with approved engineering data and quality procedures.
- Carry out detailed inspections of aircraft structures, mechanical systems, hydraulic systems and electrical installations.
- Provide independent verification that all work meets the required standards of airworthiness, safety and quality before progressing to the next production stage.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards and company quality procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- EASA Part-66 Category A, B1 or B2 Licence, or Lufthansa Level 2 Certification.
- Previous aircraft inspection or quality assurance experience.
- English and Italian language skills.
- Right to work in the EU.
Desirable:
- Rotary-wing experience preferred.
- Fixed-wing experience will also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high quality standards.
