About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for advancing component repair and overhaul capabilities
- Ensuring technical facilities and capabilities support current commitments and new customer requirements
- Work across various trades to ensure the smooth completion of production tasks
- Provide technical support and guidance for new repair processes and resolve existing production difficulties
- Ensure best practices are implemented across MRO repair facilities
Candidate Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience within an aerospace repair facility
- Hold appropriate component repair approvals
- Experience in project management with strong communication, teamwork, self-initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong awareness of Quality Assurance requirements within component repair
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
