About the Role
On behalf of our client, an established aviation maintenance and support organisation headquartered in Malta, we are recruiting for a B1.3 Licensed Engineer to assist with Part 145 Maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform and certify maintenance on Company and customer helicopters to ensure continued airworthiness, operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise maintenance activities in accordance with EASA regulations, approved maintenance data and Company procedures.
- Exercise EASA B1.3 licence privileges by certifying maintenance work completed by both certifying and non-certifying personnel.
- Promote safe engineering practices while supporting operational efficiency, mentoring junior engineers and fostering an inclusive Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold EASA B1.3 Aircraft Maintenance License
- Experience maintaining AW139 helicopter types
- Experience supervising maintenance activities.
- Experience mentoring apprentices or junior engineers would be considered an advantage.
- Specialist aircraft maintenance training relevant to the aircraft operated.
- Languages:
English – Required – High written and spoken competency.
Maltese – Preferred – Good written and spoken competency.
Spanish – Preferred – Good written and spoken competency.
