• 2 shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

Travel: Up to €250 reimbursed at start and end of contract

About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for experienced Avionics Technicians to support ongoing maintenance operations in Northern Italy. This is a long-term opportunity within a high-profile environment, offering stability and the chance to work within a technically demanding programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks
- Perform inspections, testing, and installation of electrical and electronic systems
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in line with quality and safety standards
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience holding NATO SC clearance
- Proven background in avionics maintenance/MRO activities
- Willingness and ability to work shifts and overtime as required
- Proficient in English or Italian
Desirable:
- Experience within regulated or high-standard environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
