JMC’s 12th Anniversary – Reflecting on our Past and Honouring our Future

COVID-19 has caused unprecedented disruption to employees and organisations worldwide. With almost 500,000 lives lost globally, millions of employees have lost their jobs, been furloughed or experienced significant pay cuts. The aviation industry has been hit considerably hard causing airlines to park aircraft and reduce routes as a direct result of the uncertainty presented by the pandemic and in this time of difficulty. During these unsettling past few months our dedicated team have been communicating frequently with our clients, contractors and candidates to find out how we can best support them.

With this in mind, we are pleased to celebrate a significant milestone in our history – our 12th anniversary. It provides us with an opportunity to reflect on our history, and look forward to our future. We owe our successful 12 years to our incredible teams; and to our loyal contractors, clients and candidates. With new challenges ahead, JMC are looking forward to helping our contractors, clients and candidates succeed.

From humble beginnings, The JMC Group was founded with its flagship company in 2008, JMC Recruitment Solutions. Today, JMC is a global trusted provider of aviation manpower and engineering services recognised worldwide for our expert knowledge, enthusiasm, determination and ability to develop innovative solutions.

The Group has evolved to include a comprehensive portfolio of services including engineering, fixed price maintenance solutions, aircraft on ground (AOG) and planned fuel tank services and aircraft engineering training.

With five global offices in Exeter (Head Office), Stansted, Malta, Budapest and Sofia and a team of engineering and maintenance specialists, we offer a truly global service to the aviation and aerospace industry.

While JMC’s services and operations have developed, our underlying principles have remained the same. As aviation specialists, we understand the cyclic and challenging nature of the industry and we have been commended for our ability to provide a consistent, flexible and unparalleled level of support.
