Based at Cardiff Airport, our team here are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to join us on a permanent basis.
The role of a Senior Account Manager would suit an individual who is proactive with a diligent work ethic and of whom also has experience managing recruitment services across a technical environment.

A Senior Account Manager’s Main Duties:
– Work closely with the assigned Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers to ensure a smooth flow of candidates for open requirements
– Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels to ensure smooth running of the Key Account
– Work in conjunction with the client’s agency liaison manager
– Working closely with JMC Aviation’s Management to present performance against Service Level Agreement to key stakeholders
– Monitor performance against the agreed Service Level Agreement
– Manage & administer the Recruitment Portal to ensure all information is accurate
– Optimising vacancy/position fill rate through effective use of the Recruitment Portal
– Arrange JMC Aviation contractor induction content
– Organise contractor security and identification passes
– Manage the attendance of all JMC contract personnel in conjunction with client resource
co-ordinator
– Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
– Responsible for distribution of JMC Aviation work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn
– Help with contractor queries that are raised
– Ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with the JMC Aviation Administration Team
– Assist with all contractor on-site audits when applicable
– Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements
– Flexibility to meet client day/night varying shift patterns and liaison with contractors as appropriate
Person Specification
Essential:
– Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sites and regions
– Understanding of recruitment processes and CRM software / Recruitment portals
– Proactive self starter who is creative in developing solutions
– Experience of managing recruitment services across a technical environment
– Strong organisational skills
– Presentation skills with the ability to manipulate data from a variety of sources
– Excellent communication skills
– Being able to work to tight deadlines
– Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
– Attention to detail is essential
– Professional telephone manner
– Flexibility within the role
– Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
– Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
– Right to live and work within the UK
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
