As the winter maintenance season draws to a close, we’re proud to reflect on the exceptional achievements delivered by our Fixed Price team across a diverse range of aircraft platforms and engineering disciplines, giving our customers peace of mind their project will be completed both on time and on budget.
Our highly skilled engineers and technicians have worked hard to complete a significant volume of fixed price projects, ensuring aircraft safety, airworthiness and performance for our customers.
Mechanical Projects
Our mechanical teams have successfully completed numerous high-complexity tasks including:
- Full engine changes across multiple fleet types
- Landing gear replacements
- Deployment of fixed-term mechanical teams to support high-demand periods
- Cabin reconfiguration / upgrade
- Strategic component harvesting to support fleet transitions and part-out activity
- B777 inspection teams mobilised for in-depth structural and systems inspections
Fuel Tank Services
Fuel system maintenance was another key focus area for our team, with our teams completing:
- 35 Flight Length Sensitive work package (FLS) on Boeing 737 aircraft
- 9 ATS callouts, covering a range of critical services from microbiological fuel tank cleaning to complex leak repairs
Structural & Modification Work (SMW)
Our SMW teams delivered a wide range of structural modifications and repairs, including:
- 47 winglet modifications
- 16 picklefork replacements
- Full support for Service Bulletin (SB) packages
- Skin repairs and complete skin replacements
- B737 rear spar chord replacements
- Specialist work on A320 mirror fitting and continuity fitting repairs
- Completion of the A330 Rib 6 Lug Bore SB
- Deployment of dedicated fixed-term SMW teams to maintain output and quality across high volumes of work
