About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading provider of Competence Management software solutions in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative to drive sales growth by identifying and engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and targeting potential clients in the aviation industry, including airlines, maintenance organisations, and regulatory bodies.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, staying updated with the latest features and enhancements.
- Conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the technical advantages and business benefits.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote solutions
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the aviation or software industry.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrate an understanding of market awareness and market research to support the sales strategy.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Right to Live and Work in the UK
Desirable:
- Familiarity with aviation software highly desired
