About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Records Administrator to join their back office team and support their maintenance and delivery activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Regulatory requirements and Internal procedures.
- Collect all paperwork from check management, review and file accordingly ensuring all corrections are distributed to the relevant departments / focals.
- Perform audits of all ATL (Aircraft Technical Log) pages, Revisions, Engineering Documentation and any further documentation denoting maintenance carried out on aircraft.
- Compile reports and feedback to the Ops Support Manager as required.
- Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures.
- Use SAP to support Technical Records activities and any other requirements.
- Where required carry out tasks, within capabilities, to assist other departments within the organisation.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience of using SAP or equivalent MMS system.
- Previous experience working within a Part-145 MRO Technical Records Team
