About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Production Engineer to support their quality management system, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and airworthiness standards. Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and airworthiness standards.

Plan, conduct, and report on internal and external audits, driving closure of nonconformities.

Investigate quality issues, validate corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Promote high standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance across the workplace.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
-
Engineering apprenticeship or; HNC/HND in an engineering discipline (or equivalent). Willingness to obtain further relevant company or external qualifications.

Hands-on experience in the aircraft maintenance environment; involvement in project teams as both leader and member; proven experience in at least one EQS specialty area.

Working knowledge of company processes, procedures, regulatory requirements, safety, and quality management systems; familiarity with company authorisations and approvals systems; health and safety awareness.
Desirable:

Additional engineering qualifications (e.g., BEng/BSc in an engineering discipline)

Experience in aviation quality systems
