- Act as the liaison for all material-related matters between the customer and the MRO, particularly for material/tooling requests during aircraft ground-time.
- Manage and track parts delivery, returns, and tooling logistics.
- Pro actively resolve material shortages and discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with the customers logistics and engineering teams to ensure seamless support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for traceability and audits.
- The internal team will handle pooled component supply and stocked items.
- For non-pooled or non-stocked items, the Material Rep is expected to source and place orders autonomously. in line with the customers procurement guidelines.
- Background in aviation purchasing/material procurement.
- Experience working with AMOS relevant modules.
- Proven experience in handling material requests for base maintenance events.
- Familiarity with B737NG platform.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the material flow process.
