Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 07:00- 19:00

About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator to support their aircraft maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close maintenance work packs,
- Update aircraft logbooks and records
- Manage the intake, verification, and secure storage of aircraft maintenance documentation.
- Ensure completed work packs include all required supporting documents (
- Compile and issue Logbook Inserts post-maintenance for aircraft.
- Create and manage Works Order Authority forms, ensuring accurate completion and customer liaison during out-of-office hours.
- Provide administrative support for Engineering Department functions, including sickness absence management, expense processing, AFB Premiums, and contractor/engineer timesheet entry.
- Assist in capacity planning and manpower allocation, maintaining staff availability to meet regulatory labour requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Previous Administration or Customer Service experience essential
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Competent with computer systems and strong keyboard skills.
- GCSE requirements, at least a grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Aviation or technical experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially under pressure.
