About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Kitter to support their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive MOD kits into the stores system and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Update spreadsheets and maintain inventory control documentation
- Unpack and handle aircraft parts, including large crates and components
- Move and stage parts (seats, galleys, bulkheads, blister packs, and components) for technical teams to fit
- Support smooth workflow and coordination with production and technical departments
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Physically fit/well and capable of manual handling tasks
- Computer literate with basic spreadsheet and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience using SAP or other inventory management systems
- Valid Forklift Truck licence
- Previous experience in a stores, logistics, or production environment, ideally within aviation or manufacturing
