Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Structures Technician to join our base maintenance team supporting Boeing 737NG and 737 MAX aircraft. This position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and full travel and accommodation coverage for qualified contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural repairs, modifications, and inspections on Boeing 737NG and MAX aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance data and engineering drawings.

Remove, repair, fabricate, and install aircraft structural components, including aluminum and composite materials.

Ensure all work meets Transport Canada, OEM, and company quality standards.

Accurately document all maintenance actions and adhere to established safety and compliance protocols.

Work collaboratively with maintenance and quality teams to support on-time aircraft delivery.
Requirements:

Recognized Structures Technician certification or equivalent experience

Proven experience performing base maintenance on Boeing 737NG/MAX aircraft

Must provide own tooling

Able to work independently as an independent contractor

Flexible to work various shifts as required

Eligible to work in Canada and willing to travel as needed
