Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a new opportunity?  
   
JMC Aviation is working with a leading MRO Organisation based in Exeter, looking to recruit a Paint Sprayer with Workshop experience to join their expanding team.  
   
This is a Permanent Position based at their Exeter site with an immediate start date.  
 
The Paint Sprayer will be responsible for the safe, cost effective and on-time delivery of all paint related tasks for Aircraft undergoing maintenance as well as all components within the Workshop environment. Reporting to the Workshop Manager the Paint Sprayer must ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant component, aircraft and company manuals.
   
The responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer will involve:  
   
– All work and duties assigned are completed in a timely and professional manner to ensure that the release dates of     the aircraft on Base Maintenance are maintained and also to maximise output.
– Ensuring that all work done is signed for as required on an ongoing basis using the approved data.
– Ensuring all documents being used are correct and up to date.
– Ensuring that any printed documentation, other than tasks cards, is disposed of once the task is completed.
– Ensuring handovers are up to date and accurate.
– Verifying test equipment as needed.
– Reporting any technical or airworthiness or safety issues as required.
– Ensuring that any printed documentation, other than tasks cards, is disposed of once the task is completed.
   
In order to be successful in this role, the Paint Sprayer will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:  
   
– Have served a recognised apprenticeship or trainee program.
– Experience of finishing and painting in either Aircraft, Automotive or Maine industries.
– Able to interpret and apply requirements of maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, instructions, service bulletins and task-cards.
– Willing to attend courses as required.
– Complete a competency assessment prior to working unsupervised.
