About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for an aircraft cleaner to support their maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate physical stamina and efficiency
-Carry out demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, including prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and working within tight aircraft spaces.
Maintain high levels of reliability and punctuality
-Consistently attend shifts on time, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, supporting smooth operational flow.
Work effectively under pressure and time constraints
-Deliver consistent performance during quick aircraft turnaround times, maintaining attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
Collaborate as part of a team-oriented environment
-Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Previous cleaning experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts (Mon–Sun, on a rota)
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Right to live and work in the UK
Desirable:
- Cleaning experience in an engineering or industrial environment
- Experience within the aviation sector
- Knowledge of safety and compliance processes
