Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Structures Technician to support ongoing maintenance and repair activities on regional and narrow-body aircraft. Experience on the Q400 is an asset, but not required. The ideal candidate has a strong background in airframe structural repairs, modifications, and sheet metal work within a transport-category aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications in accordance with approved maintenance manuals and engineering documents.

Carry out sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, forming, drilling, fastening, and corrosion removal.

Interpret structural repair manuals (SRMs), engineering orders, and drawings.

Complete repairs on fuselage, wings, control surfaces, doors, and other structural components.

Ensure all work is completed to regulatory standards and company quality requirements.

Accurately document work performed in accordance with maintenance control procedures.

Collaborate with AMEs, avionics technicians, and engineering teams to support heavy and line maintenance operations.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Structures Technician / Sheet Metal Technician in an MRO or airline environment.

Q400 experience an asset but not mandatory.

Strong understanding of aircraft structural repair principles and transport-category aircraft materials.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Proficient with sheet metal tools and fabrication equipment.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
