JMC has been supplying an EU based aircraft operator for over 8 years across its base and line maintenance functions. As part of the manpower solution JMC was required to introduce an AoG package enabling the operator to recover aircraft casualties and conduct immediate repairs with the rapid deployment of engineers from a pre-approved pool.
Through consultation with the operator JMC was able to create a solution that was both attractive to engineers and met the required quality and safety requirements of the organisation. JMC approached a number of engineers to create a pool that on receipt of an urgent request from the operator we could immediately deploy engineers to the location of the aircraft to minimise downtime and disruption to their operation.
All engineers included in the pool were vetted against customer requirements utilising JMC’s AS/EN 9100 accredited recruitment processes to ensure compliance with the required employment and aviation regulations.
With a focus on quality and efficiency for all of JMC’s manpower solutions the AoG package was supported by a service level agreement to ensure all parties were aware of the necessary measurements for success. Through careful resourcing, planning and execution JMC achieved a 100% fill rate of all AoG requests in a 12 month period.
