Recruitment Support Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the JMC Aviation, the world’s leading Aviation Engineering, Training & recruitment business.
 
We are looking to recruit a new Recruitment Support Coordinator to join our permanent recruitment team based in Exeter, to provide comprehensive administrative support within the company. The position will work closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure a high quality of administration and compliancy is maintained throughout.
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities to Include:

– Loading documentation onto recruitment software

– Undertake compliancy searches for all candidates, chasing for outstanding | expired documentation

– Processing airside pass applications

– Responsible for producing, distributing and uploading contractor contracts

– Sourcing and booking travel (including flights) for staff and contractors

– Deal with telephone calls and emails efficiently and in a polite manner

– Assisting with E-learning administration

– General administrative duties

Quality

– Adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company
subscribes

– Ensure company compliance procedures are adhered to


Person Specification

Essential:
– Previous experience working within a busy office environment

– Strong administration and organisational skills

– Excellent communication skills

– The ability to prioritise

– Attention to detail is essential

– Able to work well within a team whilst also using own initiative

– Pleasant telephone manner

– Flexibility within the role

– Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems

Desirable:
– Experience working within a busy environment (advantageous but not essential)

– Experience working in an aviation environment (advantageous but not essential)
