Terms and Conditions – Referral Scheme

To be eligible for the scheme you must:

1. Refer a suitable candidate with right to work in the UK
2. They must not be a candidate currently held on our database
3. They must tell us your name when applying to ensure you receive the reward
4. The successful candidate must successfully complete 520 hours work in the role you have referred them for. At the end of this 520 hour period you will receive your payment via BACS payment
5. You and the person you are referring must follow the JMC Aviation LinkedIn page
