Our team here at JMC Aviation are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Malta.

A Senior Recruitment Consultant here at JMC Aviation you will be responsible for the sourcing and management of candidates to fulfil client requirements. Be accountable for overseeing their own clients and will focus on and have a clear understanding of their needs. In addition to this they will provide training and mentoring assistance to the team and wider company.

As a senior member of the team they will help oversee all other requirements within the team and ensure that team members are operating to a high standard.

The duties of the Senior Recruitment Consultant will involve:

– Lead by example – working with pride and delivering a quality service to all

– To keep customer focused through listening to customer needs

– To manage the expectations of the client and candidate maintaining regular contact

– Ensure relationships and retention of clients and candidates are kept to the highest standards

– Encourage the full range of JMC Aviation’s recruitment services

– Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness where possible

– Grow the company database of candidates to fulfil client requirements

– To provide support to team members and other parts of the company as required

– Keep up to date with market trends and industry movements affecting your sector of recruitment

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will require the following skills and experience:

– Extensive experience working within a similar position (all industry sectors considered)

– Commitment and determination to deliver great results

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

– Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work

– Being able to work to tight deadlines

– Attention to detail

– Able to provide guidance and direction to other members within the Recruitment Teams
