Customer Service Representative
JMC are working with a leading Aviation Organisation based at Stansted Airport, due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team.
This is a Permanent Position based in Stansted. This is on a 4 on, 4 off shift rota (2 days, 2 lates). Shifts are 12 hours in length.

The main responsibility of this role is to provide a VIP service to all passengers/crew and visitors in a private lounge. ensuring that they are dealt with in a professional, attentive and discreet manner.
Other duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting of all visitors and crew.
- Greeting of all airside flights and escorting of passengers and aircraft crew to the lounge providing a highly effective and efficient service
- always Adhering to safety and security procedures
- Serving of refreshments to crew and passenger, always providing a VIP service
- Preparation and planning for the following day and future flights.
- Ensuring that any incidents or accidents are reported to Management immediately.
- Completion of shift report and handover to ensure information is communicated between shifts.
- Dealing with petty cash ensuring it is balanced correctly.
In order to be successful in this role, the Customer Service Representative will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Possess a UK driving license.
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Professional outlook and approach
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
