About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting 12 Avionics Fitters to support maintenance activities on ATR and C27J aircraft at Caselle in Turin, Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in a high-quality aerospace environment on both commercial and military platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Perform avionics installation, maintenance, and modification tasks on ATR and C27J aircraft

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions

Carry out fault diagnosis and rectification in line with production requirements

Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards

Maintain safe and clean working practices
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
-
Proven experience as an avionics fitter / electrician in an aerospace environment
-
Experience on ATR or C27J aircraft
-
Must speak Italian
-
Right to work in the EU
-
Own tools
Desirable: -
Experience on C130 aircraft (accepted for work on C27J)

Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
