About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Aircraft Painters to support ongoing production and final assembly of the M346 aircraft in Venegono, Italy. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-quality aerospace manufacturing environment on advanced aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out aircraft painting, surface preparation, masking, and finishing tasks
- Apply primers, topcoats, and specialist coatings in line with technical specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aircraft Painter or Industrial Painter
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation and coating application
- Ability to work shifts as required
- English or Italian language skills
- Right to work in the EU
- High attention to detail and strong quality focus
