- You must refer a contractor who is not currently working for JMC Aviation.
- The person referred must not already be in contact with a JMC Aviation recruiter.
- Both the referrer and the person referred must follow the JMC Aviation LinkedIn page.
- The person referred must start and complete 480 hours of work with JMC Aviation.
