Permanent Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the referral scheme the following Terms and Conditions must be abided by:

1. Refer a suitable candidate with right to work in the UK
2. They must not be a candidate that JMC Aviation have spoken to in the past 12 months about permanent opportunities
3. They must tell us your name when applying to ensure you receive the reward
4. The successful candidate must have been in the role for 12 weeks. At the end of this 12 week period you will receive your payment via BACS payment
5. You and the person you are referring must follow the JMC Aviation LinkedIn page
