About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Structures Technician with experience working on Dash 8 (100/200/300), Q400, and CL-series aircraft (CL-215/415). The ideal candidate has a strong background in structural repairs, heavy checks, and composite/metal work on regional and special-mission aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on Dash 8, Q400, and CL-series aircraft.

Carry out sheet metal and composite repairs, including skin replacements, corrosion repair, rib/longeron repairs, panel fabrication, and structural component installations.

Interpret and execute work from SRMs, AMMs, engineering orders, service bulletins, and drawings.

Support both heavy maintenance checks and project-based structural programs.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, OEM standards, and company procedures.

Document all structural repairs and ensure accurate completion of maintenance paperwork.

Collaborate with AMEs, avionics, and engineering teams to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of aircraft structures experience, preferably on Dash 8/Q400 and CL-series aircraft.

Strong background in sheet metal fabrication, riveting, composite repair, and structural assembly.

Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical diagrams, SRMs, blueprints, and repair manuals.

Familiarity with Transport Canada regulatory requirements.

High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Flexibility to work shift work, overtime, and weekends as needed.
