About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Structural Fitters to support the ongoing production and final assembly of the M-346 Master aircraft in Venegono, Italy.
This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-quality aerospace components within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform structural fabrication and final assembly tasks on the M-346 aircraft

Read and interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions

Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements

Carry out installation and fitting of structural components, including aircraft wings

Maintain safe, clean, and organised working practices
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
-
Proven experience in production or assembly environments
-
Hands-on experience working on aircraft wings
-
Ability to work shifts as required
-
English or Italian language skills
-
Right to work in the EU
Desirable:
-
Previous aerospace structural or final assembly experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
