About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Structural Fitters to support ongoing production and assembly work on AW helicopters in Vergiate, Italy. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality aerospace components within a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural assembly and fitting tasks on AW helicopter programs

Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Ensure all work meets quality and production standards

Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant working area
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in production or assembly work
- Previous experience working on AW aircraft or other helicopter platforms is required
- Ability to work shifts as required
- English or Italian language skills (both desirable)
- Right to work in the EU
Desirable:
- Previous aerospace structural or final assembly experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
