About the Role
On behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded rotary organisation, we are recruiting a Safety and Compliance Manager to support ongoing operations. Key Responsibilities
The Role:
- Ensure compliance with Part-145 regulatory requirements and associated aviation legislation.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s Safety and Compliance Management Systems.
- Monitor compliance with company procedures, regulatory standards and approved maintenance practices.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure continued regulatory compliance.
- Identify non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions and monitor their effective implementation.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and support the development of preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation, audit records and regulatory reports.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on safety, quality assurance and regulatory compliance matters.
- Liaise with relevant aviation authorities, including the UK CAA and EASA, as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and operational efficiency.
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance standards are embedded throughout the organisation.
- Support the maintenance and development of Part-145 procedures, policies and associated documentation.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Part 145 and associated requirements and procedures
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in both airframe and component maintenance
- Relevant training qualifications desired such as, Quality Auditing, Root Cause Analysis and Part 145
- Previous Form 4 approval would be an advantage
