About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Electrical Quality Inspectors to support the AW139 production line in Vergiate, Italy. This role involves inspecting, verifying, and ensuring compliance of electrical installations and systems as components arrive.
Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed inspections of electrical installations, wiring harnesses, connectors, and avionics systems.

Verify compliance with engineering drawings, technical documentation, and aviation regulations.

Identify, document, and report non-conformities in accordance with quality procedures.

Ensure correct installation of electrical components as parts arrive on the production line.

Conduct continuity checks, bonding inspections, and system functional tests where required.

Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for electrical discrepancies.

Liaise with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

Maintain accurate inspection records and complete quality documentation.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality management systems.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in an aviation environment
- Strong background in structural inspection and quality control
- Right to live and work in the EU (no sponsorship provided)
- Up-to-date documentation
Desirable:
- Experience with a variety of aircraft types
- Good communication and teamwork skills
