Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible start and finish times)

- Liaise with the operator to assess and coordinate maintenance requirements
- Identify and source tooling and materials required to support maintenance activities
- Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance work packs
- Draft logbook certificates in accordance with regulatory standards
- Review completed work packs for compliance with relevant regulations
- Integrate operator maintenance programmes into MRO software systems
- Provide planning support throughout the maintenance lifecycle
- Monitor and report on labour budget utilisation during maintenance inputs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks
- Drive improvements in planning processes, including time booking and work pack completion
- Support technology upgrades and process enhancements
- Undertake additional responsibilities in line with the role as required
- Proven technical background within the aviation sector; Challenger experience is highly desirable
- Prior experience in a planning or maintenance coordination role within an MRO environment
- Strong understanding of aviation maintenance standards and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in the use of MRO software systems
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
