About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Electrical/Avionic Fitters to support ongoing maintenance and production of AW139, AW169, AW189, and NH90 helicopters in Venice, Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality rotary-wing aircraft in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical and avionic installations, modifications, and testing on rotary aircraft (AW139, AW169, AW189, NH90).

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.

Install harnesses, route wiring, and integrate avionic systems to OEM specifications.

Conduct functional tests to ensure compliance with aircraft safety and quality standards.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow EASA Part-145/21 procedures.

Ensure strict adherence to safe working practices and FOD prevention.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
-
Minimum 2+ years’ hands-on experience specifically on the AW169 or NH90 helicopters.

Minimum 3+ years total aircraft maintenance/production experience.

Right to work in the EU.
-
English or Italian language skills.
Desirable:
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high aerospace standards.

Previous experience in production or final assembly line environments.
