About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to support their maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation within the relevant work-packages is completed and certified correctly. All tasks accomplished at the MRO must be transferred to AMOS and closed to ensure the system is a clear reflection of maintenance carried out on Check. All component changes must be actioned to ensure the aircraft build is updated. Aircraft documentation is accounted for, audited for correct certification, and completed. Providing a method of control and closure using AMOS APN: 58, Continual review and updating of AMOS to reflect the maintenance carried out by the relevant MRO.
- Liaise with the relevant MRO Planning/Production department daily to capture all completed tasks, component changes and NRCs raised. This information is to be closed and/or raised within AMOS to keep the system in line with the running of the check.
- Setup the ‘AD/SB/DFP Tracker’ within the Daily Status Report to allow traceability of requested DFPs communicated from Part CAMO.
- Liaise with the on-site Liaison Materials Coordinator to ensure all spares are actioned accordingly so that repair orders are generated as a priority and turnaround time is met.
- During the input, any discrepancies with the Aircraft build, such as incorrectly fitted Rotables to be investigated through Assembly Configuration Management. Carrying out the required checks to determine if this requires a First Time Removal or Errors to be amended and Label booking to be performed.
- Reporting back of work packages on receipt of CRS prior to A/C departures
