About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Deburring Operators to support ongoing production activities in Italy. This role involves working on precision aerospace components within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring parts meet strict quality and finishing standards prior to assembly. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality aerospace manufacturing while working as part of an experienced production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precision deburring of machined aerospace components, including parts with complex internal cavities

  • Use extended flapper wheels and flapper paper to remove burrs from hard-to-reach internal surfaces

  • Conduct detailed internal inspections using borescope cameras to ensure all areas are burr-free

  • Work to high-quality standards and tight tolerances in line with manufacturing requirements

  • Ensure components meet strict quality control specifications prior to release

  • Maintain safe handling and processing of precision-engineered parts

  • Follow technical instructions and production procedures accurately

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in deburring activities, particularly on machined components

  • Experience working with flapper wheels, extended tools, or similar deburring equipment

  • Ability to deburr internal cavities and hard-to-reach areas to a high standard

  • Experience using inspection tools such as borescope cameras (or similar inspection equipment)

  • Ability to work to tight tolerances and high-quality manufacturing standards

  • Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

  • Ability to follow technical instructions and manufacturing procedures

Desirable:

  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing (not essential)

  • Background in precision engineering, automotive, or other high-tolerance industries
