  • Collaborate with maintenance management and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization within the hangar.

Qualifications

  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably within a Part 145 Repair Station environment.
  • Previous experience leading maintenance teams, acting as a lead technician, or mentoring junior mechanics is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
  • Experience on business jet aircraft, particularly Citation, Gulfstream, and Challenger platforms, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical data, and aircraft schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends, overtime, and travel assignments.

Additional Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based systems.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, on aircraft wings, and operate maintenance equipment, lifts, and tugs.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting.
  • Life insurance and short-term/long-term disability coverage.
