About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AME M2 with a strong background working on De Havilland Dash 8 fleet (100/200/300) and Q400 aircraft. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience performing both line and heavy maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Dash 8 (100/200/300) and Q400 aircraft.

Conduct inspections, repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting in accordance with approved manuals and company procedures.

Complete and review all technical documentation, logs, and maintenance records ensuring compliance with Transport Canada and company standards.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to support efficient turnaround times and operational readiness.

Ensure all work is performed with strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Provide mentorship and support to junior technicians when required.

Maintain familiarity with current airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and manufacturer updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Transport Canada AME M2 license.

Hands-on experience on Dash 8 series and/or Q400 aircraft (required).

Experience in line maintenance, heavy checks, structural and systems troubleshooting on applicable aircraft.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins.

Strong understanding of Transport Canada aviation regulations.

Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high attention to detail.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Flexibility to work shift work, overtime, and weekends if required.
Assets (Nice to Have):

Experience working in an MRO environment.

Additional type training or endorsements on De Havilland aircraft.

Familiarity with digital maintenance tracking systems (e.g., TRAX, AMOS, CAMP).
