- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 0600-1400/ 1400-2200
- Overtime available if required
- Up to €250 travel expenses at start/end of contract

About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Aircraft Sealers to support ongoing production activities in Venegono, Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major aerospace programme and work in a high-quality production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sealing tasks on aircraft parts and assemblies in line with specifications
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and industry standards
- Work to production schedules and collaborate with other departments as required
- Maintain clean and safe working practices at all times
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience sealing aircraft parts (previous aerospace sealing experience required)
- Ability to work shifts and overtime when necessary
- English or Italian language skills
- Right to work in the EU
Desirable:
- Previous experience within major aerospace programmes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
