Job Title: Aircraft Sales Administrator
Location: St Athan, Barry
Employment Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Shift : 40 hours per week – 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday.

About the Role
This role supports the sales function by managing aircraft component documentation and handling customer enquiries across the e-commerce platforms, email, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Aircraft Component Documentation
- Assist in compiling, verifying, and maintaining trace documentation for aircraft components in line with industry standards (e.g., ATA Spec 106, EASA/FAA).
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for sales and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies.
- E-Commerce & Customer Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, online marketplaces (e.g., ILS, Parts Base), website and social media platforms.
- Provide product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the listing and updating of inventory on e-commerce platforms.
- Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and generate invoices.
- Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions, leads, and order status.
- Assist in generating sales reports and supporting inventory planning.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales administration, preferably within aviation.
- Familiarity with aircraft component trace documentation and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
