Job Title: Aircraft Operations Supervisor

Shifts: 5-5-4 with working hours being 7 am to 7 pm.

About the Role
You will be taking responsibility for operational performance, regulatory compliance, team productivity, and project delivery. You will champion safety, drive operational efficiency, and lead a diverse team while collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time delivery and the highest standards of quality. This role is ideal for a results-oriented, people-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage daily operations including workforce planning, hours booking, project run rates, and delegation to team leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, managing resources and materials effectively.
- Maintain technical records and publications as required.
- Support professional development, performance management, and training within the team.
- Promote company values, diversity, inclusion, and a positive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, on project progress and operational matters.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience in aircraft heavy or line maintenance, including supervisory or lead roles.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and standards (EASA/CAA, PART 145, AS9110, AS9120).
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse team, supporting development and performance reviews.
- Competent in using information systems such as SAP, Pivotal, or equivalent project tracking tools.
- Previous leadership experience in high-volume maintenance operations preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer relationship management.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and results-oriented performance.
